FLEX (*) JAPAN (Shinkansen Tour Packages) is the name of a series of travel packages developed by JR Central, a leading railway company in Japan that operates the Tokaido Shinkansen, in cooperation with JTB (JTB-GMT Inc. (**)), a leading travel agency to offer a new type of travel style to foreign tourists visiting Japan. These tours are available via JAPANiCAN, a JTB Group company.
