Being the hub of the lakeside area, Moto-Hakone can be quite crowded on weekends and during peak seasons. Getting Moto-Hakone:
From Hakone-Yumoto station, take a bus towards Moto-Hakone (Terminal) from Bus Lane #2 of Hakone-Yumoto stn bus terminal which goes directly to Oshiba Bus Stop. It takes about 30 minutes. The last bus towards Moto-Hakone (Terminal) leaves at 9:05 pm. (The bus fare is Yen 880 each way)
