This is a new noted place in SAKAE, that is distinguished by a 40m diameter Ferris wheel which is a landmark. It is an attraction in downtown jam-packed with numerous fashion stores, beauty and cosmetic themes, studio cafes and restaurants including a huge selection of ramen(noodle)shops to dine in from distinct tastes coming to you from all over Japan. There is a pachinko parlor leading from the underground; being the first floor to the top floor, being the 6th. This six-story building is just west of Oasis 21 and the TV Tower. The building is illuminated by LEDs at night.
